Born and raised in the Kitchener-Waterloo Market, Jacqueline brings 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. With a strong leadership background in retail banking and wealth management, she and her team are dedicated to helping clients achieve their personal and business financial goals through comprehensive wealth planning and an exceptional client experience. Her team includes Trust Officers, Private Bankers, Private Investment Counsellors, and Nesbitt Burns Investment Advisors, all working collaboratively to provide tailored solutions for their clients.

Throughout her career, Jacqueline has held diverse roles spanning marketing, human resources, workshop facilitation and practice management. She earned her MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and is deeply engaged in the community, serving as a board member for THEMUSEUM and actively participating in several women’s Initiatives in the Waterloo Region.

Neal Jennex joined BMO Private Wealth’s Waterloo & Area leadership team in 2025 as Director & Assistant Market Leader. With over 20 years of banking experience—primarily in leadership roles—Neal is known for his strong customer focus and commitment to helping clients and advisors achieve their goals.

Born in Toronto, Neal moved to Owen Sound as a teenager, where he began his banking career. It’s also where he met his wife and welcomed his two daughters, Emma and Olivia.

Outside of work, Neal enjoys staying active through golf and running

With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Monique brings a deep understanding of branch operations, client service, and administrative excellence to her role as Branch Operations Manager.

Born and raised in Kitchener-Waterloo, Monique is deeply rooted in her community and is passionate about fostering strong local connections. She is known for her commitment to operational efficiency, compliance, and supporting advisors and clients with a high standard of professionalism.

Outside of the office, Monique is an active volunteer and an avid traveler who values the perspective and personal growth that come from exploring new cultures. Her dedication to both her profession and personal communities reflect her belief in building relationships that create impact.
