Norm leads the Private Wealth team covering the urban areas surrounding the main Vancouver city center. This is a large team of 30 sales professionals including Investment Advisers, Investment Counsellors, Trust Officers, and Private Bankers. Norm is a big proponent of the BMO Integrated Wealth offer and remains committed to growing this team in order to deliver Private Wealth Management to this rapidly developing market.

Norm was born in Vancouver and has over 29 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has split this time equally in being a successful individual contributor and an impactful leader. Norm has a very diverse background having been a financial adviser in both the personal and commercial arenas. As a senior leader, Norm has been at the helm of major operations such as running a large Retail District, UHNW sales teams, Risk Management, Business Banking, and most recently Private Wealth Management.

Joe Sierpina is an Assistant Market Leader dedicated to supporting a team of investment professionals in the Vancouver Suburban market. Joe has 24 years of experience in the Investments and Financial Planning Industry. With a disciplined and caring approach, his focus is on supporting his team so they can ultimately provide the best outcomes for their clients.
 
Joe joined BMO Private Wealth in 1998. He has dedicated his entire professional career to this industry and finds immense satisfaction in helping others, professional and client alike, achieve their financial goals.
 
In his personal time, Joe is very fond of long-distance endurance events. He has set his own goal of qualifying for the Ironman World Championships in Kailua Kona Hawaii.
