With more than 35 years of experience in financial services, including 25 years at BMO Nesbitt Burns, Patrick brings a comprehensive perspective to wealth management. Beginning his career in the insurance industry before transitioning into investment management, he developed extensive expertise in equity trading, portfolio management, wealth preservation, and long-term financial planning. This diverse background allows him to help clients navigate complex financial decisions while keeping their long-term objectives in focus.
Patrick believes lasting wealth is built through discipline, preparation, and trusted relationships. He is passionate about helping clients achieve financial confidence and create meaningful legacies for future generations.
A devoted husband and father of two, Patrick understands the importance of protecting what matters most. Outside of work, he is a former licensed dog trainer and an avid angler—pursuits that reflect the patience, discipline, and commitment he brings to every client relationship.

As a CFA and Personal Financial Planner (PFP®), Sam brings extensive experience in the financial services industry and a strong analytical foundation to every client relationship. He takes the time to understand each client's unique circumstances, aspirations, and challenges, helping develop customized strategies that align with their financial objectives. Known for his thoughtful approach and attention to detail, Sam is committed to providing exceptional service and helping clients navigate important financial decisions with confidence.
Sam believes successful wealth management is built on strong relationships, ongoing education, and personalized advice. He is passionate about helping clients gain clarity and peace of mind as they work toward their financial goals.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter and exploring new cultures, destinations, and experiences. He is also a proud owner of both a cat and a dog and enjoys spending time outdoors whenever possible. A lifelong enthusiast of science fiction, fantasy, and technology, Sam appreciates creativity, innovation, and continuous learning. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin, allowing him to serve a diverse range of clients and families.
Carol Lo, BA

Carol Lo is dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience through responsive service, operational excellence, and attention to detail. As a Senior Client Service Associate, she works closely with clients and the advisory team to ensure account administration, trade execution, and day-to-day service needs are handled efficiently and accurately, allowing clients to focus on their long-term financial goals.
With nearly two decades of experience at Bank of Montreal (BMO), Carol has developed extensive knowledge of wealth management operations and client service. She began her career with BMO in 2006 as a Customer Service Representative before transitioning to BMO Nesbitt Burns, where she has become a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues. Known for her proactive approach and commitment to excellence, Carol takes pride in building strong relationships, resolving inquiries effectively, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve the client experience.
Carol believes that exceptional service is built on trust, communication, and a genuine commitment to helping others. Her dedication to providing personalized support and ensuring every detail is handled with care helps create a seamless and positive experience for clients.
Outside of work, Carol enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, enabling her to provide personalized support to a diverse range of clients and families.
Teresa Dong, BBA
Client Service Associate
Teresa Dong is a licensed Investment Representative (IR) who plays an integral role in supporting high-net-worth clients through exceptional relationship management, account administration, and personalized wealth management solutions. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, she helps clients navigate their financial needs with confidence while ensuring a seamless client experience.
Before joining BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2023, Teresa built a strong foundation in banking and client relationship management at another bank, where she developed extensive experience serving diverse client needs and fostering long-term relationships.
Outside of work, Teresa enjoys spending time with her family and staying active through swimming and tennis. She has a passion for visual arts and creative pursuits, including cinema and LEGO building, and is actively involved in her church community.
Jennie Ho, CPA, TEP, CFP®, CLU
Client Service Associate
Jennie Ho helps affluent and ultra-high-net-worth families navigate complex tax, estate, and wealth planning matters, with extensive experience with clients involving Canada–U.S. considerations. With more than a decade of experience in wealth management and over nine years in public accounting, she specializes in tax-efficient wealth transfer, trusts and estates, business succession, philanthropy, and legacy planning.
Known for her strong technical expertise and collaborative approach, Jennie helps clients simplify complex financial situations and make informed decisions aligned with their long-term goals. She has completed all three levels of CPA Canada's In-Depth Tax Program and the Advanced Owner-Managed Business Program. Jennie also contributed as an author to portions of the Canadian Securities Institute's Wealth Management Essentials course helping educate and develop the next generation of wealth management professionals. She is currently working toward becoming a Registered Representative to expand her investment and advisory expertise to better serve clients with increasingly complex planning needs.
Outside of work, Jennie enjoys staying active through volleyball, badminton, and pickleball. She loves traveling and exploring new destinations, spending time with friends over board games, and supporting animal-related causes as a passionate animal lover. Jennie is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, allowing her to connect with and support a diverse range of clients and families.
Chelsea Au
Client Service Assistant
Chelsea Au provides personalized client support and helps ensure a seamless wealth management experience through exceptional service, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Prior to joining BMO Nesbitt Burns, she gained valuable client-facing experience with both BMO Bank of Montreal and another bank.
Her passion for wealth management is reflected in her continued professional development, having completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC®), the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH®), and Wealth Management Essentials through the Canadian Securities Institute. She also passed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) level I exam.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys skiing, snowboarding, bouldering, playing pool, and card games. Fluent in English and Cantonese, with advanced proficiency in Mandarin, Chelsea is able to support a diverse range of clients and families.
