Sarah Mason is a seasoned Portfolio Manager with a reputation for delivering consistent, risk-aware investment results and a deeply personalized client experience.  With over 15 years of experience within portfolio management, Sarah combines disciplined portfolio construction with a client-first mindset – focusing on long-term performance, capital preservation, and peace of mind for every investor.

As a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), Sarah brings a deep commitment to ethical investing, transparency, and fiduciary responsibility.  Her expertise spans private wealth management, retirement planning and risk mitigation.  

Known for a steady hand in all market conditions, Sarah takes pride in building tailored strategies that align with each client’s goals, values and life stage.  She believes true success in wealth management is defined not just by numbers, but by trust, transparency, and meaningful relationships.

Andrew Campbell, CFA®

Investment Associate

Andrew Campbell, originally from Waterloo, is a graduate of Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Since joining BMO in 2019, Andrew has remained dedicated to building strong, lasting relationships with clients while continuously advancing his expertise in the financial services industry.

Andrew holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation and is currently pursuing the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. With a strong foundation in financial analysis, portfolio management and ethical investing, Andrew leverages his CFA training to design tailored strategies that align with each client’s financial goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon. 

Passionate about financial education, Andrew ensures clients understand the ‘why’ behind each investment choice.  His approach combines quantitative analysis with a human touch – translating complex financial concepts into clear, actionable strategies that build confidence and long-term success.

Outside the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his partner and family, relaxing at the cottage, and staying active.

Marija Sukara

Client Service Assistant

Marija Sukara supports the administrative side of client service for the team, helping ensure that client-related processes are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and care. With over four years of experience in banking, beginning in retail banking, Marija brings a strong foundation in client service and an understanding of the importance of creating a seamless client experience.

In her role, Marija assists with administrative processes, client documentation, and day-to-day service coordination. She is committed to providing reliable support to both clients and the advisory team through her organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Outside of the office, Marija enjoys spending time with her family and staying active.

Holden Parker

Private Wealth Administrative

Holden Parker, originally from Waterloo, Ontario, is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce Co-op with a Major in Finance at Dalhousie University, with graduation expected in April 2027. Holden began his first co-op term with BMO Private Wealth in September 2024 and has since worked with BMO in various capacities, accumulating a year of experience within the organization.

Holden supports our team by helping ensure client portfolios align with the firm's investment models and strategic recommendations. His attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to operational excellence contribute to a seamless client experience.

Passionate about financial markets and investment management, Holden is currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation. He is dedicated to continually expanding his knowledge and developing the skills needed to deliver thoughtful, client-focused solutions throughout his career in wealth management.

Outside of the office, Holden enjoys golfing, staying active in the gym, and spending time with family and friends.

Maeve Prudham

Private Wealth Administrative

Maeve Prudham, originally from Kitchener, Ontario, is currently completing an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with an Option in Finance and Co-op at the University of Ottawa, with graduation expected in December 2028. She joined BMO Private Wealth in 2026 for her first co-op term and will return for a second term from January to April 2027.

In her role, Maeve contributes to a range of marketing and administrative projects, from creating event materials and client communications to updating digital content and assisting with organizational initiatives. She brings creativity, attention to detail, and a thoughtful approach to her work, with a focus on delivering a positive client experience.

Maeve was drawn to Wealth Management because it combines her strong interest in finance with her passion for building relationships and working with people. As she continues to build her knowledge, she is especially interested in making financial information feel less complex and more approachable, helping people better understand the decisions surrounding their finances.

Outside of the office, Maeve enjoys reading, spending time outdoors with her dog, and being with family and friends.
