Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, Sally Song has 18 years of experience in the investment industry. She primarily advises business owners from China who share her language and cultural background and need help transitioning money from their homeland, protecting their wealth, and getting their families settled in Canada.

Raised as an entrepreneur by her mother who owned a business in China, Sally understands the risks and courage involved. With great care, she rallies the full resources of BMO Private Wealth to represent her clients’ holistic needs – from Private Banking to borrowing, investment management, and retirement, estate, legacy, insurance, trust and tax planning, among others. Sally is her clients’ go-to for personal questions as well, such as which schools their children should attend, how to purchase a house and secure a mortgage, and where to find a lawyer or accountant who knows their language and culture. Clients can always reach Sally.

Sally came to Canada in 2007. She worked at RBC for almost four years and then joined BMO as a Financial Planner in Investment & Retirement Planning in 2011, followed by a transition to BMO InvestorLine and adviceDirect as a Regional Sales Manager in 2015. After proving herself as highly accomplished in both those roles, she joined BMO Nesbitt Burns as an Investment Advisor in November 2015.

Sally has a much younger sister who also lives in Vancouver and the two spend a lot of time together, Sally loves to spend weekends hiking, swimming, playing tennis, and getting outdoors.

Bianca joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in April 2026. She has obtained a Bachelor Degree of Arts in Philosophy from University of British Columbia. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Bianca enhances the ability to serve clients with clarity, responsiveness, and cultural understanding. Bianca worked as Client Service Associate in TD Wealth Private Investment Advice for two years, where she worked closely with high-net-worth clients and developed a strong foundation in delivering thoughtful, detail-oriented client service.

Outside of work, she enjoys activities that can keep her creative and energized, which are Travelling, Concert and Opera performance.
