Renee has more than 15 years of experience working in public accounting and tax in the Windsor area. She has recently obtained her CFP designation to facilitate financial planning for BMO clients. 

As a dedicated Wealth Planning Director, Renee creates comprehensive wealth plans for high net worth clients. She focuses on individual needs to create unique and meaningful wealth plans for clients. As part of the high net worth team within BMO Wealth, Renee ensures clients receive detailed information and recommendations regarding retirement planning, education savings, estate planning, tax planning, business succession and insurance reviews.  Together, they aim to personalize financial conversations to ensure clients are receiving the most meaningful advice at all stages of life.

Alec began his career in the financial services industry early in 2008 with the Bank of Montreal, working as a Customer Service Representative, while completing an Honours B.Comm (Finance) at the University of Windsor’s Odette School of Business. Alec has held numerous positions during his tenure with BMO and, in early 2018, was one of fifteen individuals from across the country chosen to pilot and assist in the development of his previous role of Senior Banker, Nesbitt Burns. Alec has completed the Canadian Securities Course, the Conduct and Practices Handbook course and the Wealth Management Essentials course, and has been awarded the FPSC Level 1® certificate in financial planning.

Now working exclusively with Windsor’s Nesbitt Burns Investment Advisors and their teams as an Associate Private Banker, Alec provides Private Wealth clients with dedicated service and personalized banking solutions tailored to meet their needs.

Alec spends his time away from the office enjoying the company of his wonderful wife and daughters, tackling home-improvement projects, and writing and performing music.
