Our Team

Russ grew up in Kitchener and attended Conestoga College where he graduated with honours from the Financial Planning Program. He gives-back to the college as an active member of their Program Advisor Committee. 
He holds many important industry designations including CFP (Certified Financial Planer), CIM (Chartered Investment Manager) FMA (Financial Managment Advisor) CPCA (Certified Professional Consultant on Aging). 
Russ lives in Breslau with his family. When not working, he is busy with many family activities and enjoys time at the cottage. 

Russ has been helping clients achieve their financial goals and working with families managing Wealth Strategies for more than two decades. 

Tanya has enjoyed helping clients achieve their financial goals and working with families managing wealth strategies for more than 20 years.
 
She has lived in the city of Guelph for the past 25 years with her husband Mike and two children Mila and Aidan.  Tanya values quality time spent with her family. She enjoys travelling, exploring different cultures, hiking and curling up with a great book.

Dayna grew up in Cambridge and attended Conestoga College, where she graduated from the Financial Planning Program. With over five years of experience in the financial services industry, she works to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service. 

She is the co-founder of The CF Gala and Golf Tournament, a meaningful initiative that reflects her passion for giving back to the community. Always eager to grow in her field, she is focused on continuously expanding her knowledge and expertise in financial planning.

Now living in Ariss with her family, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, weekends at the cottage, and embracing the busy and rewarding life of motherhood.
