Jason Châles holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UQAM and has over 15 years’ experience in the banking industry, including 10 years with BMO.

He specializes in day-to-day banking, borrowing and investing to meet the needs of individuals, management companies and trusts.

Jean-François provides Canadian investors with insurance solutions to enhance their wealth. He has been with BMO Financial Group since 2014 and has worked with national accounts for over 15 years, helping high-net-worth families increase their wealth, realize substantial tax savings, and develop their business succession plans.

Jean-François has completed rigorous training and acquired over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.

A member of BMO since 2011, Chris began his career while completing a Bachelor of Commerce at the John Molson School of Business. Over the years, he has held various roles within the bank, leading to his current position as a Private Banker at BMO Private Wealth, which he has held since 2021. In this role, he manages relationships with high-net-worth clients and provides tailored banking and lending solutions to meet their complex needs. A passionate musician for over 20 years, he plays both guitar and piano. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his spouse and their two young sons, as well as playing golf.
