Adam Obuchowski

Investment Advisor

Starting his career in the summer of 2012, Adam accepted an invitation to join BMO Nesbitt Burns at the age of 24, and soon after made a name for himself as one of the fastest growing, youngest professionals, at the firm.  Adam contributes his success to having a diligent work ethic and a strong knowledge base, while being mentored by a select group of the firm’s top achieving professionals.
 
Today, Adam is the founding partner of the Obuchowski Investment Group, an organic progression in providing exceptional client experience.   He prides himself on working with likeminded professionals, families, and corporations across the country, striving for personal and professional success.
 
Prior to joining Nesbitt Burns, Adam channeled his entrepreneurial spirit as the President and founder of a window cleaning service company in the Greater Toronto area. He pitched competitively (Ontario Blue Jays) and was a Silver Medalist in the 2005 Maccabi games in Israel.
 
Currently, Adam is In the process of achieving his Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation. He maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys the Toronto restaurant scene. Adam is passionate about helping others, a meaningful cause to him that he personally supports is the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.

Shannon O'Toole

Client Service Associate

At BMO Nesbitt Burns, Shannon excels as a Client Service Associate, leveraging her detail-oriented communication skills to manage family wealth with precision. Certified in Canadian Securities (CSC) and Conduct and Practices (CPH), Shannon prioritizes compliance and client satisfaction. Her certifications and extensive experience are pivotal in delivering exceptional service.

Shannon also brings a rich academic background and research expertise in European, Russian, and Eurasian studies. She earned her Master’s degree from the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto in 2021, following her BA Honours in European Studies in 2017.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys exploring new cultures through travel, reading historical novels, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
