Neil is the investment strategist and Portfolio Manager for the Beube Advisory Team. He works with the clients to create long-term, personalized financial plans in additional to overseeing their portfolio design. Neil also coordinates the strategy with other BMO Nesbitt Burns specialists, such as, tax and estate planning, insurance strategies, philanthropic services and trusts services.
Neil has been in the capital market industry since 1988. Neil started his career as a Chartered Accountant in 1981 working for some of Canada’s leading National Accounting firms. After several years of professional experience, he went into Corporate Finance and Investment Banking, undertaking both private and public financings. He joined BMO Nesbitt Burns as an Investment Advisor in 2003.
Neil became an Associate Portfolio Manager in 2012 and a Portfolio Manager in 2015 which allows him to manage accounts on a discretionary basis. Neil’s analytical approach to working with clients provides them with a comprehensive view of their investment strategy and estate planning needs.
Neil is married to Sadie. They enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren, travelling and entertaining at their home. Neil likes to keep fit playing golf in the summer and doing yoga in the winter.

Tanner is responsible for business development, financial planning and client servicing which includes supporting the Portfolio Manager in developing investment strategies for clients
With over 9 years of experience within the financial industry, Tanner joined The Beube Advisory Team as an Associate Investment Advisor. Graduating with honours in B.Comm at the University of Guelph, Tanner then went on to earn a designation in Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) with the Canadian Securities Institute.
Tanner has been regarded by many as an empathetic and philanthropic individual through his weekly voluntary involvement in several animal shelters. In addition, he strives to maintain an active lifestyle by participating in various sports league around the city.
Stacey builds trusting relationships with our clients and removes the confusion around investment language. She is responsible for client administration and managing the client’s daily requirements.
Formerly in the health care profession where she developed her people skills, Stacey became a registered investment representative in 2017 and obtained her Financial Planning Standards Council Level 1 Certificate in 2019.
Out of the office, Stacey is a busy Mom, an amateur photographer and an occasional runner.
