Our Team

Austin began his career at BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2010, joining the Dyson & Louden Wealth Advisory Group as a Senior Wealth Associate in 2014.

A graduate of McGill University, Austin earned a Bachelor of Science Degree while playing four seasons on the Varsity Football team. He was named an Academic All-Canadian for his exceptional achievements as a student-athlete.

Committed to defining a great client experience for every wealth management relationship, Austin specializes in crafting strategies for affluent and high net-worth individuals and families. He works closely with Dwayne in conducting investment research, financial planning, portfolio and performance reporting, and managed account guidance.

Originally from southern Alberta, Austin is passionate about exploring Victoria & Vancouver Island with his wife Lindsay and three children. When not in the office, Austin enjoys golfing and travelling to Seattle to watch the Seahawks.

Fiona MacDonald began her career with BMO Nesbitt Burns in November, 2011 and joined the Dyson & Louden Wealth Advisory Group in January, 2023.

Passionate about client service, Fiona brings a strong attention to detail to the team. She is responsible for all administrative tasks and assists Dwayne and Austin with client onboarding, cash transfers, appointment scheduling, account maintenance and estate and tax documentation.

Fiona grew up in Victoria and earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria. She also completed her Wealth Management Essentials course in 2022.

In her spare time Fiona enjoys travelling and being outdoors with her husband and two sons.
