Kelly Haefling brings more than 40 years of expertise in the Financial Services Industry, having built her career with BMO Financial Group. Over the years, she has held a variety of roles within retail banking, culminating in her position as Area Manager until 2007. Following this, Kelly joined Nesbitt Burns as an Investment Advisor, where she continues to leverage her extensive experience and ongoing education to support clients. Her approach centres on understanding the unique challenges faced by clients and collaborating with them to develop tailored financial solutions.

Early Career Insights
Kelly’s first job was at the Owen Sound Golf and Country Club, where she was responsible for retrieving and preparing members’ golf clubs, maintaining equipment, and managing sales in the Clubhouse. This formative experience instilled in her the importance of professionalism and building strong relationships. Most notably, it taught her the value of anticipating the needs of others—even when those needs are not explicitly communicated. Kelly carries this lesson into her everyday client interactions, prioritizing proactive service and thoughtful advice.

Throughout her career, Kelly has benefited from the guidance of outstanding mentors who have shared valuable wisdom. Community Involvement
Kelly is actively engaged in her community, serving as a board member for the Owen Sound Regional Hospital Foundation and as Chair of the Owen Sound Regional Hospital Investment Committee. She is also involved with the Kiwanis organization and supports local sports as a season ticket holder for the Attack, the community’s OHL team. In addition, she provides a welcoming home for two Attack players as a billet family. Kelly enjoys contributing and attending various community events.
Personal Interests
Outside of her professional and community commitments, Kelly enjoys travelling and spending quality time with her husband Pat, her three children and their partners, and her five grandsons.

Professional Background
Andrew Haefling began his career with BMO in 2014 as an Investment Specialist at BMO InvestorLine. He subsequently advanced to the role of Financial Planner with BMO Financial Group. In 2018, Andrew joined BMO Nesbitt Burns, where he currently serves as an Investment Advisor. He holds the designation of Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Investment Manager and graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours degree in Economics and Financial Management.
Early Career Experience
Andrew's first job was at a discount brokerage with BMO InvestorLine. This role provided him with valuable insight into human behaviour regarding money. He observed how clients often reacted emotionally to market fluctuations, which sometimes led them to sell investments at inopportune times or make decisions without considering the tax implications or their long-term financial objectives.
Best Advice Received
The most impactful advice Andrew received came from his hockey coaches, who reminded him that if he was not putting in the effort to improve, someone else was. This mantra motivated him to strive for excellence as a hockey player during his youth, and instilled in him a lasting appreciation for hard work and dedication as key factors in achieving success and reaching personal goals.

With over 38 years of experience in the investment industry, Beverly Dack brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role. She began her career as the Branch Administrator at the Guelph office of BMO Nesbitt Burns, where she spent 11 years supporting the growth and success of the branch. Beverly’s thorough approach and commitment to excellence ensure that clients receive the highest level of service.
As the overseer of Haefling Wealth Advisory Group’s day-to-day operations, Beverly manages account administration, money movement, and reporting with precision and care. She is a licensed Investment Representative, qualified to execute solicited market orders.
Beverly is a trusted resource for clients, assisting them with account activity, tax inquiries, estate matters, financial management, and documentation.
Outside of work, Beverly enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with her Golden Retrievers, Cooper and Kelcey.
