Justin Border is a dedicated and experienced wealth management professional who has been providing clients with thoughtful advice for over 22 years – almost all of them with BMO. Before becoming a Financial Planner and Investment Advisor at BMO Private Wealth, Justin was previously a Retirement Planner and Personal Banker. This hands-on experience prepared him well to address the full scope of his clients’ financial needs.

Justin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Victoria and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designations. He formerly volunteered as a coach for the Victoria Minor Hockey Associate novice team for several years.

Victoria has been Justin’s home since 1995, and he and his family enjoy everything this wonderful island has to offer. When Justin is not taking his  children to their sports and other activities, he loves getting outdoors with them and his wife to do some kayaking, surfing and sailing in the ocean, hiking and camping in one of our beautiful backcountry parks, or mountain biking on the trails.

Cyndie has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry, including a time in France and more than eight years with the BMO Group as a Client Service Associate, Assistant Branch Manager and Financial Services Manager. Her comfort with the banking industry really brings those services to life for our clients.

Cyndie’s passion is assisting and guiding clients on their financial journey and providing the best service possible to help them meet their goals. She always keeps an eye open for opportunities to help, details that might have been missed and ways to ensure that all needs get addressed promptly.
 

Fluent in French, Cyndie holds a Bachelor of Technology. She has completed the Canadian Securities Course and the Wealth Management Essential course with the Canadian Securities Institute.
