Justin Harrison

Justin grew up in Kamloops and graduated University in 2002. A competitive soccer player, Justin has a notable history playing at the university level, in national competitions, and for clubs in Canada and England. Soon after graduation he developed a passion for the financial markets and has immersed himself in the industry ever since.
His advisory career began at KPMG LLP, an international tax and advisory firm. He obtained his Chartered Accountants designation in 2005 and worked at KPMG LLP for 13 years. He joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2013 and is a designated Chartered Investment Manager.
Justin’s strong foundation in risk management began with advising US public corporations on financial practice and continued with a decade long relationship with one of Canada’s largest private companies. His career evolved into advising clients in taxation, succession and estate planning matters. Justin believes in long term, trusting relationships and works closely with his clients to provide customized investment and risk management strategies to meet their specific goals.
Justin and his wife Marlyse have two girls, Gwen and Liv. Together, they continue to establish deep roots in the community of Kamloops through athletic endeavours and their involvement with a number of local organizations.

Megan joined BMO Nesbitt Burns from the Bank of Montreal in September, 2007. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in economics, a background in technical stock research and 20 years of customer service experience.

Jeff Stier
Jeff grew up in Revelstoke, BC prior to relocating to Kamloops in 2010 to attend Thompson Rivers University, where he completed his Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in finance in 2015. Jeff started his finance career in commercial banking spending 10 years in the industry, prior to joining the Harrison Wealth team.
Working with mid-market private corporations from 2015 - 2025, Jeff’s risk management and advisory experience integrates well into wealth management and investment advisory services. Long-term relationships and client success is his primary focus, working with both personal and corporate clientele to achieve balanced growth, retirement planning, insurance needs, and wills & estates needs.
Jeff has lived in the Thompson/Okanagan since 2010. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors playing soccer, softball, golfing, skiing, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.

Kayla is a highly motivated professional who graduated from Thompson Rivers University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, specializing in Finance. During her time at university, Kayla developed a strong foundation in key areas of business management, financial analysis, and strategic planning. With a keen interest in finance, she honed expertise in financial modeling and investment theory.
Kayla began their professional journey as a Financial Advisor at the Bank of Montreal in a leading flagship branch, where she gained invaluable experience in providing personalized financial solutions to clients. In 2023, she expanded her career by joining BMO Nesbitt Burns, further deepening her expertise in wealth management and financial advisory services.
In her current role, Kayla is focused on building strong, long-term client relationships and providing top-tier financial advice to guide clients toward achieving their financial goals and ensuring their success. Her ability to combine financial knowledge with a client-first approach has earned her a reputation for delivering tailored solutions that help clients navigate complex financial landscapes.
Outside of her professional life, Kayla enjoys spending quality time outdoors with, finding both adventure and rejuvenation in nature. She is also deeply committed to advocating for causes she is passionate about, using her voice and influence to make a positive impact in the community.
