Heather Gray
Client Service Associate
Heather joined the investment industry after attending university in both Canada and United Kingdom. Her career began at a Boston-based mutual fund consulting firm followed by a management role at a large affinity investment firm. She joined BMO Private Wealth in 2022 to pursue her passion for helping small business owners and their families financially navigate ever-shifting family, policy and rural landscapes.
Hailing from two family-owned businesses, including a Stratford, Ontario bed and breakfast catering to global theatre patrons and a beef farm in the Ottawa Valley, she has also worked within the landlord-tenant system on a dairy farm in Britain - all experiences which have shaped her perspectives on family and wealth, across generations.
Community contributions are very important to her and family ties to the Canadian Foundation for Fallen Firefighters have led to her initiating QR coding at the national memorial site, west of Parliament, in Ottawa.
An avid sci-fi reader and amateur golfer, she shares her home with a myriad of pets and a pre-teen son who often objects to the link between his summer vacations and her preferred travel itineraries, which include visiting the continental divides.
