Once you login you will be prompted to create three unique question and answer combinations. The questions will appear in three separate dropdown menus. You create the answers you desire. These answers must be at least 3 characters in length and it is recommended that there is at least one capital letter.
Once this is done, you will receive a confirmation email to the email we have on file. Click the link within that email.
Then you will be prompted to re-enter the password above followed by creating a NEW password
Please note that the new password you create must:
- Be at least 8 characters in length
- It must include at least 1 CAPITAL letter
- It must include at least 1 NUMBER
- It can include symbols but not an *
You will get a validation/verification email to the address on file. This will complete the reset process.
Please note: the reset is only good for 12 hours. After this period lapses, a new reset will be required.
