Regular rediscovery

We will regularly review and monitor your account to ensure that it remains strategically aligned with your needs, resilient to market conditions, and well positioned to take advantage of market opportunities.

Twice each year, we will meet for rediscovery meetings in which we’ll revisit your retirement goals and wealth projections and discuss any changes that may have happened in your life, your work, or the markets.

These formalized meetings always almost always in person. We can meet in our office or, if you prefer, we will come to you or meet virtually. You won’t have to reach out to us – we will contact you proactively. If any market concerns arise, we will let you know our take on them and always welcome your calls if you have questions or concerns.

Clear, concise reporting

Once a month, I will send you a personalized portfolio statement, which you may find clearer and more meaningful than statements sent from Head Office. You can always view your statements online and check your balances through Gateway online access, but the monthly statements I issue are more personalized and help you remember, for example, why you have withdrawn funds, or the rationale behind other changes that may have occurred in your account. This is all part of our promise to keep you informed about and on track with your investment plan and financial well-being.
