Read my current client newsletter on the Commentary-Newsletter page.

In this issue you'll find our market commentary, RSP and TSFA information, CRM background, our additional client services and other reminders.

Chris Clayton advises and services investment portfolios for individuals, families, associations and corporations.

I am committed to building a trusting, long term relationship with our clients by taking a wealth management approach to investing. Whether you are saving for retirement, using your investments to create retirement income or just planning your legacy, I formulate customized investment strategies to help achieve your goals.

I am able to offer both transaction and fee based accounts on an advisory basis, whereby you remain part of the decision process. If you prefer a fully-managed solution, I offer discretionary portfolios, where you can leave the day-to-day implementation of the strategy to expert portfolio managers. By doing this, clients have a better way to manage the complexity and overwhelming choice that comes with investing.

I am proud to be part of BMO Nesbitt Burns and I use the firm’s industry leading research as the foundation of our investment recommendations. As part of BMO Financial Group, BMO Nesbitt Burns also provides clients with access to one of the broadest selections of wealth management solutions and services available today.

While more and more Canadians understand the importance of planning for their financial future after retirement, few understand the importance of planning for the delegation of their affairs should their cognitive ability with finances begin to decline.

Two retirement reports discussing these topics can also be found under the Research Tab of my website.
