Robert Caracciolo

Senior Investment Advisor

Robert has been employed at BMO Nesbitt Burns since 2000 and during this time, he has played an integral role in building a comprehensive wealth management practice with his team. In 2022, his team was awarded the BMO Wealth Deans Nesbitt distinction.

Prior to entering the financial services industry, Rob graduated from the University of Calgary with a B.A. in Economics and was employed in various client focused positions while attending University. This experience provided him with the ability to build exceptional client relationships and as a result, he and his team have managed to maintain a highly regarded Investment Advisory practice in Calgary. His outgoing personality, generosity and dedication to client service are evident in his appreciation and commitment to each of his clients.

Away from the office, Rob was a past member of the Board of Directors of Woods Homes Foundation and enjoys spending time with his wife Kristen Lozynsky and his two children.
 

Chris Kemper, MBA

Investment Advisor

Chris joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in May 2018 and brings with him eight years of experience as an Investment Advisor at Peters & Co. Limited, where he grew his business and became a respected opinion in the Canadian Oil and Gas Business.
Prior to working as an Investment Advisor, Chris worked as a Research Associate at Peters & Co. Limited; a member of the Investor Relations team at Husky Energy, and as an Analyst in the company’s Heavy Oil Business Unit.
 
Chris was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta where he lives with his wife Kim, and his two children Julianne and Nolan. He enjoys golf, skiing, travel, and the outdoors.

Elizabeth Mendelman

Senior Investment Associate

Elizabeth has been in the Securities Industry since 1998. She started her career as an Institutional Trader at Peters & Co, continued in Toronto at Scotia Capital, and transitioned to the advisory side at GMP securities. Prior to her Securities Career she practiced law at McCarthy Tetrault in the corporate group.

Elizabeth graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and the University of British Colombia with a Bachelor of Laws. She has completed CSC, CPH, IMT and derivatives courses through the Canadian Securities Institute.

Having worked at both the Institutional and Retail level, Elizabeth has a unique skill set that allows her to provide a value added perspective to each and every client.

Diana Gnyra, CFP, CIM

Senior Investment Associate & Financial Planner

Diana is a Certified Financial Planner and Senior Professional with 15+ years of experience spanning business development, portfolio management, relationship management and risk management. She joined the Caracciolo Kemper Wealth Management Team as a Retirement & Financial Planning specialist. Diana’s role within the team is to assist clients with their long term financial goals. She works closely with internal and external business partners to ensure households have access to the most comprehensive services and customized wealth planning solutions available.

Diana is an avid runner, a born and raised Albertan and has two children Parker & Sophia.

Amanda Smith

Business Associate

Amanda joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in June 2016, working in Operations, and has worked with Caracciolo Kemper Wealth Management since January 2018, stepping into the Associate Investment Advisor role in November 2021, and then the Business Associate role in January 2023. She is dedicated to providing excellent service to our clients and enjoys drilling into details to find solutions. Her diverse background provides her with a comprehensive understanding of processes and an ability to execute tasks efficiently. Amanda is fully licensed, and assists with portfolio creations and recommendations, account maintenance, and trading.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction in accounting and finance, with a concentration in mathematics. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, playing the piano, and spending time with her husband and young son.

Imran Uddin

Client Service Associate

Imran has been with BMO since 2016 starting at the retail banking level and has spent the majority of his career in Private Banking managing High Net Worth clients. Imran takes pride in creating a seamless client experience. Prior to joining the Caracciolo Kemper Wealth Management team, he was a Compliance and Operations Manager at BMO Private Banking in Toronto. Imran has completed his Canadian Securities Course, Conduct and Practices Handbook and holds a Bachelors of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph’s Lang School of Business. Outside of work, Imran enjoys spending time with family and reading.

Nicholette Duff

Client Service Associate

Nicholette has a passion for helping clients manage their wealth, and she strives to help them meet their financial goals. Nicholette has been with BMO since 2019 and has grown in her client management capabilities. She is a registered Investment Representative and endeavours to grow in the wealth management field. 

Nicholette holds a B.A in Psychology and Graduate certificates in Applied Behavioural Analysis as well as Financial Planning. With her educational background, she uses her understanding of human behaviour as an advantage to help meet client financial needs.

In her free time, Nicholette cherishes time spent with family and friends, and she loves new experiences.

Paige Adams

Paige joined BMO Nesbitt Burns Private Wealth in 2024 and is a valued member of the Caracciolo Kemper Wealth Management team. With a strong commitment to client service and a keen interest in wealth management, Paige brings a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to the team. Her collaborative approach and attention to detail helps ensure clients receive personalized, high-quality support in achieving their financial goals. In her free time, Paige enjoys tennis, golf, and spending time with her family.

Julianne Kemper

Client Service Assistant

Julianne joined BMO in 2023 and transitioned to Wealth Management with BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Queen’s University and brings a strong analytical foundation to her role. Julianne is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience through precision, professionalism, and a client first approach. Her dedication to detail and pursuit of excellence ensure that clients receive the highest standard of service. Outside of work, Julianne enjoys golfing and spending time outdoors.
