Prior to joining BMO Private Wealth in 2018, Adam worked for KPMG Corporate Finance Group, advising private company owners across multiple industries, with business enterprise values ranging from $3 million to +$100 million, on divestitures, acquisitions, due diligence, projections/financial modeling, and business valuations for multiple purposes. Other areas of experience include corporate restructuring and insolvency, financing, financial modeling & projections and corporate audits. Adam’s goal is to develop rapport with clients through open communication, trust and exceptional service. Leaning on his diverse background and experience, Adam provides guidance to private business owners and families throughout Ontario in the areas of business succession, transition, growth through acquisitions, sell-side M&A, and valuations for the purposes of wealth planning and exit planning.
Kari Perioris, PFP

Kari joined the BMO Financial Group in 2007 and has spent her entire career working directly with clients. With work experience as an associate at BMO Private Banking at First Canadian Place, Kari has also spent time as a Financial Planner in Yorkville, helping clients with their investment, retirement, and estate planning needs. Currently, Kari works as a Private Banker and has had this role since 2015.
Through a proactive approach and focus on client's individual needs, Kari assembles and coordinates a customized team of BMO Private Banking specialists in many areas, including investment management, trust and estate, philanthropy, succession planning and concierge services.
Empowering clients with comprehensive and customized solutions for complex situations through a coordinated and proactive wealth plan is Kari's objective. Andy Guidi, CPA, CA

Andy is a dedicated professional helping people preserve and grow their wealth. With an expertise in Canadian income tax, Andy assists clients on business structures, succession and estate planning, owner- manager remuneration, corporate reorganizations, the appropriate use of trusts and holding companies, asset divestitures, business split-ups and a variety of other tax planning strategies.
Drawing on public practice experience, he offers a depth of practical insight, as well as the unique ability to translate complex tax concepts into efficient strategies clients can easily comprehend.
Andy joined BMO Wealth Management in 2014, after filling progressively senior management roles in the domestic tax practice of Grant Thornton LLP, where he developed and implemented tax planning strategies for business owners and high net worth individuals.

As part of an integrated wealth planning team, Danielle is a national consultant who advises affluent Canadians on philanthropy and strategic granting linked to new or existing Donor Advised Funds and Charitable Foundations. Danielle draws on 25+ years of experience within Canada’s charitable sector at regional and national levels to assist individuals, families, and business owners build a successful and lasting philanthropic legacy. In addition to this work Danielle collaborates with her peers to author thought leadership content on a variety of Specialized Wealth Planning topics for use by BMO Private Wealth financial professionals and their clients.

Michael has over 10 years’ experience helping High Net Worth families across Canada plan for their futures, by understanding what is important to them and creating comprehensive Wealth Plans to guide them, with a focus on risk management, retirement planning, family trusts, complex corporate structures, and estate planning needs. Previously, Michael worked in a boutique insurance advisory practice focused on estate planning and life insurance solutions for High Net Worth professionals.
Michael graduated from The University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree. He has a Graduate Certificate in Professional Financial Services and holds a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation, a Certified Health Insurance Specialist (CHS) designation, and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
