Laura is the Vice-President and Market Leader of the BMO Private Wealth EAP10 Market in Calgary. In her current role Laura leads a team of over 50 multi-disciplinary sales professionals who provide holistic financial and wealth management advisory services for both the high net worth, and ultra-high net worth communities in Calgary, and throughout Alberta.

Laura has been in the investment industry for over 20 years and began her career at boutique retail investing firm in Calgary. Throughout the course of her career, she has held progressively more senior roles. She began her career with BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2013 and was promoted to her current position at BMO Private Wealth in 2020.

Laura is a strong communicator who can effectively lead change across different lines of business to achieve shared strategic goals and objectives. The combination of experience obtained over her time in the full-service investment industry has given her unique insight into the wealth management space.

Laura volunteers her time with the Calgary chapter of VersaFi (formerly Women in Capital Markets), where she is committed to advancement of women in senior leadership roles in finance, as well as the development of young women into financial services sales professionals. She also sits on the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization Alberta Regional Council (formerly the IIROC Alberta District Council) where she advises on regional regulatory issues and provides a regional perspective on national regulatory issues.

Laura and her husband Steve welcomed twins in 2018. Together they enjoy swimming, hiking, and biking, as well as exploring the Calgary Zoo on a regular basis.

Dale is an accomplished Sales Leader with 20+ years of leading teams of Financial Advisors. He has tremendous experience in coaching, mentoring, and building high-performance sales cultures. Whether leading regional teams, supporting new Advisor development or executing on strategic business objectives he brings a proven track record of delivering results. Dale is known for creating strong working relationships through collaboration, open communication and building trust.

Dale is married to his wife Maureen, and they have two sons (Brody & Alex). He is an avid fan of both the Flames and Blue Jays, and he loves spending time at the rink with his boy’s hockey teams.

Yemi is a dedicated and seasoned financial services professional, with expertise in both retail and brokerage operations and management. With a background spanning over 15 years in the financial services industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and track record of success in overseeing the operational efficiency of retail and more recently Private Wealth.

As a dynamic and results oriented leader, Yemi excels in driving operational excellence within the Calgary EAP10 Market and ensures seamless execution of brokerage processes. She is known for her excellent organizational skills, ability to streamline processes and collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize workflows, leveraging technology to enhance operational effectiveness and support in driving business growth.

Outside work, Yemi enjoys cooking, quality family time (specifically, shooting hoops with her kids), the outdoors engaging in activities like walks, biking, hikes and exploring the beautiful Rocky Mountains. She also has a desire to travel more regularly and plans to scratch off a few more countries on the world map when the opportunities arise.
