Our goal is to provide a high level of service by proactively staying in contact with clients, reviewing portfolios, and suggesting opportunistic adjustments when necessary.

Gateway provides clients with on-line access to their account 24/7. With the click of a mouse clients are able to view holdings, check recent transactions, obtain BMO Nesbitt Burns top-ranked research, customized charts and much more.

3. "NetWorth" - Quarterly Newsletter
"Net Worth" is our quarterly client newsletter. It contains useful information on a host of financial related topics.

Equally as important, we use the front page of the newsletter as a vital medium through which to communicate important information on upcoming events such as client conference calls, seminars, and client appreciation events.

4. Website (
The website is regularly updated and contains useful information on the following topics.
  • BMO Nesbitt Burns research articles;

  • Upcoming events (conference calls, seminars, client appreciation events); and

  • Links to other useful websites.
5. Client Appreciation Events
We always like to thank our clients for entrusting their hard earned investment assets to us. In the past - as a special thank you - we have rented the IMAX movie theatre, Windermere Manor, and hosted a wine tasting. We often "advertise” upcoming client appreciation events in our quarterly newsletter.
