As a member of the Wealth Management Consulting team, Rose works directly with Advisors who want to position themselves as their clients’ CFO by helping them identify and address the needs and goals of their High Net Worth clientele. Rose brings together the knowledge and experience of our in-house tax and estate professionals and  works with Advisors and their clients to develop sound wealth management plans. She provides Advisor support and direction about complex issues such as retirement and distribution planning, tax planning, cash management, estate and gift planning, transition planning and charitable giving.

Rose has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining BMO Nesbitt Burns, she has worked for several major investment firms where she provided clients with financial planning and investment counseling advice.

Rose holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) Designations, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree, Major in Accounting. Rose is a member of the Canadian Institute of Financial Planners.


Darolyn Hildebrandt

Amal Eldassouki, B.A., Econ, CFP®

Amal joined BMO Private Banking in January 2002 where she is a Senior Private Banker specializing in relationship management, providing valued personalized financial advice and solutions to the needs of affluent individuals and their families.  She is also an integral part of the co-ordination and delivery of financial services to other BMO Financial Group partners.

Prior to joining the Private Bank, Amal gained experience at the Bank of Montreal in roles as an Assistant Manager and Financial Services Manager.  She has been in the financial industry for over 25 years.

Amal completed her Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Economics from the University of Calgary. She successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course. In addition, Amal is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®.

Amal is an active volunteer with both the Junior Achievement Program , Economics of Staying in School Program, and the Learning Partnership Entrepreneurial Adventure Program.

With more than 18 years of experience in the estate and insurance industry, Lottie’s business philosophy focuses on building trusting relationships with Investment Advisors and their clients and working collaboratively to prepare customized strategies to enhance the client's financial position. Lottie’s clients benefit from her dedication to providing excellence in wealth management and legacy planning and her commitment to developing a plan that will ensure a client’s assets and earnings will continue to benefit them
throughout their lifetime, as well as enable them to provide for their heirs after their death.

Lottie is an accredited Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP). She is a member of the Conference for Advanced Life Underwriting (CALU), Advocis and the Canadian Institute of Financial Planners. An accomplished pianist, Lottie was a finalist in the 2014 Calgary Honen’s ProAm Piano Competition.

Lottie was recently recognized by Mayor’s Luncheon for Business and the Arts in Lethbridge as a longstanding commitment to the arts in the community. Lottie was nominated by the University of Lethbridge and the Lethbridge Symphony. She received a Joan Waterfield Memorial Award in conjunction with her spouse Dr. George Evelyn.

Shawna Albornoz is the Vice President of Trust Services (Prairies) with BMO Trust Company, the fiduciary arm of the BMO Financial Group. Shawna has been in the Estate and Trust Industry since 2001 and she has administered over 120 Estate, Trust, Power of Attorney and charitable foundation accounts during her career. Through her experience as a corporate Executor and Trustee for high net worth clients she has acquired the expertise to help families effectively plan  for the transfer of wealth to the next generation.

Shawna holds her MTI designation from the Canadian Securities Institute, she is a member of The Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners (STEP), an international professional organization dedicated to promoting financial and estate planning considerations between generations, and is a member of the Calgary Estate Planning Council (EPC).


Grant Brooks, CFP®​, CLU
Wealth Management Consultant

As a member of the Wealth Management Consulting team, Grant works directly with Advisors to help them identify and address the needs and goals of their high and ultra-high net worth clientele. Grant brings together the knowledge and experience of our in-house tax and estate professionals to develop planning strategies and establish wealth plans, driven by client priorities, helping them achieve their goals, solve problems, and ultimately making them feel good about  their financial future and the team of professionals they are working with. He provides Advisors support and direction on  complex issues such as retirement planning, tax planning, cash management, estate and gift planning, business  succession, transition planning and philanthropy.

Grant brings over a decade of experience as a financial consultant and financial planner. He has a strong depth of understanding in tax, business, retirement, estate, and insurance planning. Grant has a breadth of experience working with business owners, executives, and professionals including transition planning, generational wealth transfer, and complex family situations. More importantly, Grant understands the emotional side of clients and knows how to listen to them to personalize solutions and tailor delivery of planning recommendations to be meaningful.

Grant is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® Professional and holds the advanced tax and estate planning designation of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). He has completed his Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Life License Qualification Program (LLQP), and Certified Seniors Advisor (CSA) designations. He has a depth of practical experience in reviewing will, power of attorney, and other legal documents and providing estate planning and presentation strategies.

Nav joined BMO Wealth Management in 2015 from international professional services firm BDO Canada LLP, where he worked for 5 years in progressively senior roles, managing and executing detailed reviews of complex corporate, personal, and trust tax compliance and planning engagements.
Nav is currently a member of the Canadian Tax Foundationholds and holds the following professional designations: Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course I, II, and III.
