For the past 20 years Eric has been providing Investment, Retirement and Estate Planning advice to a select group of clients in Southwestern Ontario. He has successfully worked with clients and their lawyers and accountants to ensure their Retirement Plans are in order, as well as their Estate Plans for wealth transfer.
He is currently a Board Member at The Kitchener and Waterloo Community Foundation. As well, he is Chair of their Investment Committee. In the past he has served at Executive Board levels with Big Brother Big Sisters of Waterloo Region and St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Kitchener.
Eric is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with a B.A. in Economics.
When he's not at work or volunteering in the community, he spends time with my wife and 2 sons. They enjoy sports, music and the outdoors.
Kaitlin Donelle, FMA
Kaitlin began her career in the Financial Services industry over 10 years ago and joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2013. She has her diploma in Financial Planning and has earned her Financial Management designation (FMA).
She keeps the operational side of the business running smoothly and is responsible for day-to-day administration ensuring clients receive outstanding service. Kaitlin can help you with any questions regarding account activity, tax inquiries, estate matters, financial management and documentation.
Kaitlin is married, has 2 daughters & a big lap dog, Prada, who is a Doberman Pinscher.
Daniel G. Strickland, bMOS, JD, TEP

Daniel brings together the knowledge and experience of BMO’s in-house tax and estate experts and works with us and our clients to develop sound wealth management plans.
He advises clients on topics such as retirement planning, tax planning, business succession planning, farm succession planning and financial planning for people with disabilities.
Before joining BMO Nesbitt Burn, Daniel was a lawyer at a large regional law firm.

Darren helps our clients develop estate plans to reduce estate costs and taxes and ensure more of their estate goes to their beneficiaries.
He entered the financial industry in 1987 and joined BMO in 2015. He served on the Board of Directors for three years with The Learning Disabilities Association of London-Middlesex as well as with ADVOCIS on London's Board of Directors for eight years including a one-year tenure in the role of President.
