For the past 20 years Eric has provided Investment, Retirement and Estate Planning advice to a select group of clients in Southwestern Ontario. He works with clients and their lawyers and accountants to ensure their Retirement Plans are in order, as well as their Estate Plans for wealth transfer.
 
He is a Board Member at The Kitchener and Waterloo Community Foundation. As well, he is Chair of their Investment Committee. He also volunteers with KidsAbility (Investment Committee) and Lutheran Homes Kitchener Waterloo (Audit, Risk & Finance Committee). In the past he has served at Executive Board levels with Big Brother Big Sisters of Waterloo Region and St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Kitchener.
 
Eric is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with a B.A. in Economics.
 
When he's not at work or volunteering in the community, he spends time with his wife and 2 sons.  They enjoy sports, music and the outdoors.
 

Kaitlin Donelle, FMA

Kaitlin began her career in the Financial Services industry over 10 years ago and joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2013.  She has her diploma in Financial Planning and has earned her Financial Management designation (FMA).
 
She keeps the operational side of the business running smoothly and is responsible for day-to-day administration ensuring clients receive outstanding service.  Kaitlin can help you with any questions regarding account activity, tax inquiries, estate matters, financial management and documentation.
 
Kaitlin is married, has 2 daughters & a big lap dog, Prada, who is a Doberman Pinscher.

Landon works with clients and other members of the Enterprise Wealth Management Group to prepare estate plans for clients which includes wills, estates & trusts, business & tax planning, and other complex issues which may be unique to each client.  Landon can helps clients understand the importance and intricacies of having a sound estate plan ensuring their wishes and concerns are addressed, providing peace of mind and aiming to optimize a client’s financial position.  Prior to joining the BMO, Landon practiced in a regional firm in the solicitors department with a focus on wills & estates, corporate commercial, and real estate law.  Landon is able to draw from his past experience to provide clients with comprehensive support with their estate planning needs involving complex issues.

Adam provides guidance to private business owners and families throughout Southwestern Ontario in the areas of business succession, transition, growth through acquisitions, sell-side M&A, and valuations for the purposes of wealth planning and exit planning.
 

Daniel G. Strickland, bMOS, JD, TEP - Senior Wealth Management Consultant

Daniel brings together the knowledge and experience of BMO’s in-house tax and estate experts and works with us and our clients to develop sound wealth management plans.  He advises clients on topics such as retirement planning, tax planning, business succession planning, farm succession planning and financial planning for people with disabilities.  Before joining BMO Nesbitt Burns, Daniel was a lawyer at a large regional law firm.
