Meet our Team

Bradley Eizenga

Senior Portfolio Manager, CFA

I have been in the financial services industry since 1980. I graduated from the University of Western Ontario and am a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder. At various points in my career, I served as a branch manager of both a Bank of Montreal office and a BMO Nesbitt Burns office.

I am actively involved in helping BMO Wealth develop their discretionary platform for investment advisors. So far this has happened by sharing my knowledge with other portfolio managers casually, participating in testing systems and being part of the national committee that oversees the Managed Portfolio Account program for BMO Nesbitt Burns. Currently, I am involved in training new portfolio managers at BMO Nesbitt Burns and teaching securities at the University of Windsor. Since financial success is "being able to do what you want to do, when you want to do it”, I enjoy helping clients define "what they want to do”.

My wife and I love active travel. I am also interested in electronics, wood working, model railroads and learning. I continually read on a wide variety of subjects with special interest in science, technology, history and psychology. I am also involved in a couple of local charities.   After all, money has no value unless you do things with it!   Thanks for reading this!

Kyle Kootstra

Portfolio Manager, CFA

I have been an Investment Advisor in the Windsor area for more than 15 years. I am dedicated to building trusting and long-term relationships with my clients by taking the time to understand both them and their financial needs. A number of years ago, seeking an even more thorough knowledge of the investment landscape, I completed and continue to hold the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

I live in Windsor along with my wife, Kara, and our two children, Nate and Claire. Claire is often busy with dance related activities while Nate is focused on training at the gymnastics club and studying the violin. As a family we enjoy traveling, going for bike rides, and watching movies together.

Ana Kleer

Associate Portfolio Manager, CIM, CEA

I have been working in the financial services industry since 2006, with a focus on fostering strong relationships and helping families achieve their personal and financial goals.

My significant personal experience with Investment and Wealth Plans allows me to help individuals and families balance life events with financial considerations. To do so, I first seek to understand your current financial situation and then move to identifying potential issues and gaps that could create a risk for you and your family. Once that foundational work has been completed, I recommend tailored strategies and solutions to meet your needs.

I’ve been married to Remco for 19 years and we have two children, Laura and Alexander. We live in Cottam and we enjoy travelling around the world, exploring new cultures and cuisines.
I would be pleased to assist you in English, Portuguese, Dutch or Spanish.
