Mark Ryan, CPA, CA
After graduating from The University of Western Ontario, Mark worked for a major Canadian accounting firm and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation prior to joining BMO Nesbitt Burns. He and his wife April have two children in post secondary programs. As a family, they enjoy golfing, swimming and vacationing together.
Mark has been with BMO Nesbitt Burns in London since 1992. Long-time clients appreciate Mark's honesty, his ability to deal with their concerns, and his depth of understanding of the various aspects of the financial markets.
Doug is originally from Brantford Ontario. He graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo with an Honours Business Degree. Doug and his wife Lisbet moved to London in 1990 so he could join a major Canadian financial institution in their head office. He completed the CSI's Professional Financial Planning course in 2000. Doug joined BMO Nesbitt Burns in 2006 specifically to work in partnership with Mark Ryan. Doug and Lisbet have two children in post secondary programs, and they enjoy skiing, soccer and watching football. Doug was a football coach with the London Minor Football Association for 6 years.

Michaela M. Judickas

Michaela Judickas has over 7 years of experience with BMO. She is our expert in the area of compliance, and manages the daily service and administration for the team, including individual client requests, scheduling client meetings and the organization of special events.
Michaela is a vital and valued member of the team. Her primary objective is to provide excellent customer service to the client and support the advisors by carrying out administrative responsibilities. Michaela maintains comprehensive understanding of client goals and risk tolerance to provide superior client support and service including but not limited to problem solving, providing updates and answering questions regarding account activity, market quotations, trade transactions, process transaction requests, etc. While communicating changes to sales team. She ensures financial strategies are kept current and appropriately aligned with client objectives. She establishes, oversees and measures client service expectations. Michaela has successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) through the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI).
Michaela is very active in her local community and enjoys travelling and hiking with her fiancé Troy Simmers-Vanhevel
