When we begin working with a new individual or family, we go through a three-step process with them. Each of these steps typically requires a separate meeting.
We introduce the team and get to know the prospective client (and their family).
2. Financial Planning
We develop a comprehensive financial plan to understand the client's goals.
3. Investment Proposal
We present an investment strategy proposal based on the financial plan.
Once you have become a client, we believe that regular contact is essential. We want you to be aware of your investment performance and how you are progressing towards achieving your goals.
We therefore commit to providing regular updates, including periodic face-to-face reviews of your investment portfolio. We will also strive to always have a team member available to answer your questions, whether by phone or email.
Your financial plan will serve as the roadmap that describes your goals and what it will take to achieve them. Therefore, we will regularly update your plan to make sure that it accurately reflects your ever-changing circumstances.
