Brenda has been advising clients on their investments for more than 23 years. She began her career as a commodity trader with a predecessor of BMO Nesbitt Burns. This beginning provided a unique education into the ebb and flow of the markets.
As the former owner of three retail stores Brenda is also able to appreciate the challenges faced by clients that are self-employed. Having lived in the Bolton area for the last 25 years, she has remained an active member in this community through her volunteer efforts.

Piero has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry having worked for a large, Canadian brokerage firm and Insurance company as a financial planner providing comprehensive planning for their high net worth clients in the area of tax, estate, insurance and retirement planning.

John Paniccia- CPA, CA, CBV
Business Advisory & Succession Planning
John is an experienced business advisor who brings a broad base of technical and business planning experience to BMO Wealth Management. John offers business owners and their advisors in Central Canada expertise in succession planning, transition, sale, M&A, insurance and valuations for the purposes of wealth planning and transfer.
With over 15 years of experience in professional services firms, as well as experience in a family owned private business, John has lead a significant number of complex business valuations and business advisory engagements for private and public companies involved in a variety of industries in connection with M&A, corporate reorganizations & income tax planning, shareholder disputes, corporate finance activities, as well as succession, tax & estate planning for private business owners.
Chris Markou - LL.B, B.A (Hons)
Senior Manager, Trust and Estates
As Senior Manager, Trusts and Estates in the Wealth Management Group, Chris provides guidance to BMO Nesbitt Burns Wealth Management Consultants and Investment Advisors with respect to estate and trust matters, including assistance in developing comprehensive estate plans and with the administration of estates.
Prior to joining BMO Nesbitt Burns, Chris operated his own law firm, worked as in-house counsel with an insurance company, and worked in the estates and real estate groups in one of the largest and oldest law firms in Brampton, Ontario.
He provides support and direction on complex issues related to estate, gift and tax planning, succession planning for business owners, charitable giving and planning
for family members with special needs.
Chris has been actively involved in the community as a member of numerous boardsand committees, and has chaired and presented at several programs for the Ontario Bar Association.
