Shawna is the Vice President of Trust Services (Prairies) with BMO Trust Company, the fiduciary arm of the BMO Financial Group. Shawna has been in the Estate and Trust Industry since 2001 and she has administered over 120 Estate, Trust, Power of Attorney and charitable foundation accounts during her career. Through her experience as a corporate Executor and Trustee for high net worth clients, she has acquired the expertise to help families effectively plan for the transfer of wealth to the next generation.
Shawna holds her MTI designation from the Canadian Securities Institute, she is a member of The Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners (STEP), an international professional organization dedicated to promoting financial and estate planning considerations between generations, and is a member of the Calgary Estate Planning Council (EPC).

Sarah graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce, with a focus on Finance and Risk Management. She joined the financial industry in 2006 and quickly realized that helping clients was where she wanted to be. She went on to obtain her Professional Financial Planner designation, and is committed to furthering her education in the field.
Sarah has enjoyed a very successful and impressive career to date, being a leading professional consultant in the insurance industry for a major financial services firm over the past 10 years. With over 12 years of experience in the Wealth Management industry, Sarah believes in long term, trusting relationships and works closely with advisors and their clients to provide customized solutions and strategies to meet their specific goals. Her solutions focus on minimizing the client’s risk, protecting their assets, and growing their estate. She provides each advisor, and their clients, with professional customer service and efficient timelines. Sarah is able to provide advice on Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Disability and Long Term Care.
An avid cyclist and skier, Sarah brings that same discipline and commitment to a variety of community and personal causes. Having biked across Canada twice for Kids Cancer, it is evident she is dedicated and determined at whatever she puts her mind to.

Kimiko is part of the Business Advisory & Succession Planning team, which works with individuals and business owners in the areas of business succession, transition, sale, mergers & acquisitions, and valuations for the purposes of wealth planning and transfer. Kimiko is an experienced business advisor who brings more than 10 years of technical and business planning expertise to BMO Wealth Management.
Kimiko joined BMO Wealth Management in 2018 after more than a decade as a mid-market M&A advisor at a Big 4 professional services firm. With a focus on sell-side advisory services for private companies, Kimiko has worked with companies in a range of industries including oil and gas services, manufacturing, distribution and construction. Kimiko has advised on complex transactions including sales to financial and strategic buyers, management buyouts, and shareholder disputes.

Rose works directly with Investment Advisors by helping them identify and address the needs and goals of their high net worth clientele. Rose brings together the knowledge and experience of our in-house tax and estate professionals and works with Advisors and their clients to develop sound wealth management plans. She provides Advisor support and direction about complex issues such as retirement & distribution planning, tax planning, estate planning, succession planning and philanthropic considerations, to BMO Wealth Management’s affluent families and entrepreneurs. Rose’s extensive planning background helps her in providing best in class wealth plans and great client experience.
Rose has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, where she has held several progressive roles. Rose joined BMO Wealth Management in 2010 as a Wealth Management Consultant with BMO Nesbitt Burns where she worked with Investment Advisors and their clients in developing sound wealth plans. Rose was then asked to lead a team of wealth planning professionals in Western Canada for BMO Nesbitt Burns. Prior to BMO, Rose has worked for several major investment firms where she provided high net worth clients with financial planning and investment counseling advice. Rose’s prior experience also includes working as an Accounting professional for a major international insurance brokerage firm.
