Suzy Brown, Wealth Advisor, brings a passion for linking investments to the outcomes clients seek. She has over 16 years experience in the financial services industry and is a Certified Financial Planner and licenced Insurance Advisor. In addition to her career, Suzy enjoys the outdoors and has a passion for travel. She is an avid runner and has completed three half marathons. Suzy is married with two young sons, Reid and Miles, and the family recently took up skiing together. Summer weekends are spent at the family cottage on the shores of Lake Huron at Bruce Beach.

Carolyn Bate, Wealth Advisor, brings a background in managing high-net worth families at a leading trust company, and over 25 years in the financial services industry. Carolyn is a Wealth Advisor and licenced Insurance Advisor, focussing her efforts towards the ongoing management of financial planning. Outside of the office, Carolyn likes to spend time with her husband James and two young boys Nathan and Nolan. As a family they love to ski, travel, and spend lots of time in hockey arenas. Carolyn also enjoys long distance running, physical fitness, home renovation and decorating.

Jacqueline joined Brown Bate Wealth Advisory Team since it is formed in 2010. Jacqueline graduated BA, major of Economics in University of Toronto and has worked in the financial industry for more than 15 years and has accumulated invaluable operational and industrial knowledge. She is committed to offer good customer service to all clients. Jacqueline is married with two young children, Nicholas and Isabelle. She loves spending time hiking and camping.  In her leisure time, she likes to experiment cooking with new recipes.

Ethan Maudsley joined BMO Nesbitt Burns as an Investment Representative, started his career with the Brown Bate Wealth Advisory Group in 2021. With a bachelor’s degree in finance from Western University, he possesses a comprehensive understanding of investment strategies and financial markets. He has always been passionate about educating and helping people achieve their financial achievements.

In his free time, Ethan enjoys playing ice hockey and skiing throughout the winter months, while golfing 18 holes and cottaging in Muskoka on weekends during the summers.
