As a Wealth Advisor, Michelle takes a personal approach with her clients, listening to and engaging with them in order to understand what truly matters to them. By determining investment decisions around each client’s individual situation and objectives, she helps clients get where they want to be.
Michelle began her career with BMO Nesbitt Burns in 1996, specializing in wealth management strategies for individuals and their families. She is a graduate of Dalhousie University and holds a Bachelor of Commerce. Her professional credits include the CSI Professional Financial Planning Course, and the BMO Nesbitt Burns Wealth Advisory Program.
Outside of work, Michelle is an avid supporter of her community. Most recently, Michelle has supported Nova Scotia Community College as co-chair of the Lunenburg Campus Make Way Campaign. A strong advocate for financial engagement and success for women, Michelle was featured in an article by Women of Influence in partnership with BMO for Women. She is also thrilled to have been asked to participate in the BMO for Women National Market Council as an advocate & representative for BMO Nesbitt Burns.
Michelle and her husband Rick have 3 adult children, and 1 granddaughter. They enjoy travelling and spending time at their cottage.
Naomi Isner, CIM

Beginning her career in finance in 1989, Naomi has unparalleled experience, and has successfully navigated her clients through many life changes and challenging market cycles. She holds the Chartered Investment Manager designation, and is also a licensed Portfolio Manager, which allows her to make discretionary investment decisions on her client’s behalf - a distinct advantage in the ever-evolving world of wealth management. This designation was awarded based on Naomi’s sound business ethics, proven investment management skills, and her continuing commitment to professional education.
Naomi has a focused desire to help others. She applies her skills and dedication to helping clients develop strategic investment plans for their future.
She takes a collaborative approach, working alongside her clients and their other professionals as needed. Above all, she is a strong believer in the value of educating her clients, a commitment designed to help them feel confident about their financial decisions. This, Naomi believes, goes a long way towards helping them sleep better at night. Naomi strives to build meaningful client relationships, rooted in compassion and authenticity.
Outside of work, Naomi is a proud mother, and in her spare time she is an avid gardener and skier.
Fabrizio Contini
Administration Assistant
Fabrizio has joined us as a Client Service Assistant and aims to contribute to the Team's service goals by providing administrative support to deliver a professional positive customer experience.
He has two years of experience in the Italian biomedical industry as a product specialist, where he applied his skills to help clients.
Fabrizio also has a strong passion for the financial world, which led him to obtain a Master's degree in Finance from Saint Mary's University and a Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance from the Catholic University of Milan, Italy.
Outside of work, Fabrizio has a passion for sports. He trains methodically, practices powerlifting competitively, and follows rugby assiduously, he joined the Bridgewater rugby team.
