Dustin began his career in the financial industry in 2007 and has been advising high net worth individuals, families, Corporations, Charitable Foundations, Endowment Funds, and Institutional Investors since 2009. Trained as a financial analyst, his practice is built on the foundation of mitigating risk and delivering prudent strategies focused on wealth accumulation, wealth preservation, and wealth transition. Dustin's unique and personal CFO approach differentiates him from your traditional Portfolio Manager and Investment Advisor. Dustin provides his clients with personalized and comprehensive advice on investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, business succession planning, philanthropy, and tax minimization strategies. Dustin received a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm) degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), a Certified Retirement Specialist, and received a Certificate in Advanced Investment Advice from the Canadian Securities Institute. Dustin is currently pursuing his Master's in Finance (MFIN) degree from Queen's University. Dustin is also a life insurance advisor with BMO Nesbitt Burns Financial Services Inc.
Outside of the office Dustin enjoys skiing and snowboarding in the cold months and cycling, basketball, and tennis in the warm months. Giving back to his community is very important; Dustin is proud to be a Board Member and Co-Chair of UJA's Young Professionals Division, and is actively involved in other charities and initiatives within his community.

John joined BMO Wealth Management in 2007, following 13 years at international accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he led a team of tax professionals in the High Net Worth Planning Group in downtown Toronto. John is recognized as a prominent subject matter expert and spokesperson on tax and estate planning for national print and online media, and has also consulted on developing Canadian tax legislation.
