Director & Assistant Market Leader
Sandra Kovacevic

Phone: 416-928-0036

Sandra took over the role of Assistant Market Leader in the summer of 2020 for the Toronto Midtown Branch. Sandra joined the Toronto Midtown branch as the Operations Manager in 2014, bringing over eight years of industry experience to the table.  She is responsible for the management of the support staff, is a primary point of contact for matters relating to operations and adherence to regulations per industry standards, and works in partnership with the management team in the development and growth of the branch.  Previous to joining BMO Nesbitt Burns, she spent 10 years running her own import and wholesale business, often travelling to Southeast Asia to source and develop products for the American market.  Her previous knowledge of international trade, finance, operations, marketing and sales brings a diverse background and makes her a valuable part of the team.

Outside of the office, Sandra enjoys travelling the world and leads an active lifestyle.  This includes weekends up north, a variety of fitness related activities, and a love of sports such as scuba diving and volleyball.
“Midtown is the best collaborative culture in our system.  It is a terrific place to work with an overriding commitment to strive for excellence, both personally and professionally.  The individuals at Midtown are passionate about what they do, and their primary goal is to improve the lives of their clients.  But Midtown isn’t just our workplace;  it is a like a second home, where we interact and live like a family.”
